Scientific Proof of How Our Perceptions Affect Our Health

It is widely known by now that our beliefs (perceptions) shape the results of our life. People who are less successful in life are the ones who usually have a lot of limiting beliefs about themselves and/or about their external environments. They keep on blaming others and external environments for their failures or lack of results, never realizing once that it is them who are responsible for the results they are getting in their lives (in some way or the other). If they can somehow take responsibility for their results, stop blaming others and decide to grow themselves to overcome their weaknesses, their life results can magically turn-around.

Having said this, above statements do not apply to “success” in our businesses or work place alone, but to our health as well. Yes, you read it correct. Science today has proven that it is not DNA that causes our health issues but it is our perception of our external environment that is responsible for our health. If we can change our perceptions towards ourselves and towards others, we can change our health. And as usual, I am talking out of experience here (I have been able to magically turn-around my health in the past 3 years using the above principles).
